Q&A (16): It’s about LEARNING, not systems.

Somene asked us the other day: “As homeschoolers, what system should one adopt?”

Our answer:
What we parents should be exploring is not what system or schooling to adopt but go deeply into what learning truly this.

This involves understanding oneself and your child(ren)’s mind and heart.

To understand oneself is know what drives you and to see one’ fears and worries in perspective.

To understand your children’ heart and mind is to see them as who they are, as precious unique individuals and not to impose our own expectations and projections to them. This also involves them in the decision processa and let them have a say and feedback.

So, how does one do it?

Meditate on it!
