In our home round table discussions last night, our second daughter remarked:
“One day technology will our lives and robots will control us”
The kids shared and talked about how robots will control us all as in the movie “I Robot”.
The truth is….
The truth is – technology has already controlled us, it has began to control us years ago. Technology decided when we should have dinners, when we should go out to hangout with our families and most importantly when we need to catch the next episode of the soap drama we have chasing every week. Our lives have been regulated since the television was introduced into our living room. And television is not as high-tech as modern computers and tablets, yet they are really great baby -sitters. Our lives now revolve around these devices.
The real question is what are we doing about it and how can we manage it without being left out of the benefits?
